This 53 m² apartment is located in the heart of Prague, offering a direct view of the iconic Prague TV Tower. Designed for short-term Airbnb rental, the main objective was to create a space that immediately captures attention — both online and in person.

In a competitive short-term rental market, atmosphere becomes a decisive factor. The concept focused on shaping a memorable interior with character, while ensuring comfort and functionality within a compact layout.

The design balances bold visual elements with carefully planned spatial solutions. Every square meter was considered: clear zoning, smart storage, and a cohesive material palette help the apartment feel structured and intentional rather than crowded.

Large windows and the urban panorama were treated as part of the interior composition, allowing the city view to become a natural extension of the space.
